Episode 10: Psyche
Psyche is the first of the two Poems of Psyche in Poemi Conviviali. It is a retelling of the story of Eros and Psyche, which is found in Apuleius’ Metamorphoses, and which we can see engraved on tombs in ancient Greece and Rome, as it derives from a myth concerning the destiny of the human soul after death.
In this episode Elena Borelli discusses Psyche with Lucia Pasetti. The poem starts at minute 27.44.
